It seems likely that this number will increase substantially in the coming years. There are extensive legal requirements governing how an HOA may operate with respect to its treatment of individual homeowners, yet many homeowners find that those laws are not being followed, and HOAs do not always get the legal advice that they need in order to operate correctly or address other problems the HOA may be having as a whole.
