After the Social Security Administration denies an initial disability claim, a claimant may find it confusing, difficult, and even overwhelming to appeal a denial. Many claimants cannot afford legal representation and must navigate the appeals process on their own.

By attending this program, you will learn about Social Security disability benefits and how to represent disabled children and adults in appealing benefit claim denials.
