Child custody and guardianship is a complex and ever-evolving area of family law. Those who appear in the Family Courts of New York must understand how to effectively represent their respective clients in these complex and emotionally-charged proceedings. This half-day program will focus on two significant types of modification of child custody and guardianship: changes in circumstances/extraordinary circumstances and relocation.
