Overview
Why You Should Attend
This program is designed for elder law practitioners, lawyers who represent elderly clients or younger clients with aging parents, and also for attorneys interested in getting into this evolving field. Faculty will discuss recent developments and will review elder law fundamentals such as Medicare and Medicaid, the backbones of the health insurance upon which the elderly rely. End of life issues, housing issues, and ethics for the elder law practitioner also will be examined.
