William A. Levy specializes in tax matters relating to securitization, leasing, partnerships, real estate and unrelated business taxable income. He is the co-author of the tax Article of the industry-leading treatise on securitization, Securitization of Financial Assets (J. Kravitt ed. 1991). He has also written an article entitled Foreign Investment in U.S. Mortgage-Backed Securities (World Trade Executive, Inc.–Practical U.S./International Tax Strategies, Nov. 24, 1998). Mr. Levy holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
