William J. Lippman represents institutional lenders, developers, investors, condominium and cooperative converters, and real estate brokerage firms in real property acquisitions, sales, leases, financings (including mortgage securitization), workouts, and restructurings.
Mr. Lippman is an adjunct associate professor at New York University's Real Estate Institute and a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. He is a member of the Real Property Section of the New York State Bar Association and past chair and current member of the Real Property Law Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He has served as a panelist on numerous programs sponsored by the Practising Law Institute, State Bar Association, Institute for International Research, and Association of the Bar of the City of New York and has written and lectured extensively on commercial condominiums.
Mr. Lippman is a graduate of Harvard College and New York University School of Law.
