William A. Stock is a founding partner of Klasko, Rulon, Stock & Seltzer, LLP, a firm devoted exclusively to the practice of immigration and nationality law with offices in Philadelphia and New York. He handles all aspects of immigration law, including assisting companies and individuals in obtaining employment- and family-based visas; resolving citizenship issues and obtaining naturalization; and defending clients in DHS and Department of Labor enforcement proceedings. He is featured in The Best Lawyers in America, The Chambers Global Guide, Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, and Who's Who of Business Lawyers. He is "AV" rated by the Martindale-Hubble Peer Review system. He currently serves as Second Vice President on the Executive Committee of AILA and is a past Chair of the Philadelphia Chapter. In 2000, he received AILA's Joseph Minsky Award, given to a lawyer under age 35 who has made outstanding contributions to the field of immigration law. A frequent author and speaker on immigration law topics, he has also taught immigration law at Villanova University School of Law. He has served on the Editorial Board of Bender's Immigration Bulletin and as a Senior Editor of the Immigration and Nationality Law Handbook published annually by AILA.
