Specializes in United States tax matters, both Federal and State, including advice with respect to the taxation of foreign operations of U.S. corporations, U.S. operations of foreign corporations, mergers and acquisitions and international transactions. Has represented foreign and domestic corporations before the Internal Revenue Service and in tax litigation and has worked with the Treasury Department and with Congressional staffs on tax legislation.
Professor, Adjunct Faculty of New York University Law School. Member of the faculty since 1986, and currently teaches Taxation of Business Conduits and International Tax Policy.
