WARREN J. BERNSTEIN is a Partner in the Real Estate department of Kaye Scholer LLP and Co-Chair of the firm’s National Real Estate practice group. He is involved in a broad range of transactions involving shopping centers, office buildings, industrial warehouse facilities, hotels and residential properties. Mr. Bernstein acts as counsel to many domestic and non-U.S. lending institutions. He has lectured widely and published articles on various real estate topics and is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Bernstein received his A.B. from Rutgers College and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
