V. James Mannoia is a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the firm's Financing Group. He covers US financial institutions and is responsible for hybrid and regulatory capital structuring. He joined the firm from Moody's Investors Service in 2006 where he sat on the firm's New Instruments Committee and authored research on hybrid securities. Jim has an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and undergraduate degree in economics from Carleton College.
