Tracey Cushing Gilliam is the Special Counsel to the General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Tracey joined JPMorgan Chase in 2000 and, prior to taking on her current role, practiced in the Firm's Litigation Department representing Investment Bank, Private Equity and Retail Financial Services clients. Tracey was previously associated with Shearman & Sterling in New York City.

Tracey received a J.D. from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia and received a B.A. in Religion from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. She has been admitted to practice before the New York and Massachusetts State Bars, the District of Columbia Bar, the Federal District Court of Massachusetts, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Tracey is a mediator in the New York Supreme Court, Commercial Division and volunteers as an arbitrator in the Small Claims Part of the Civil Court of the City of New York.  She is also a member of the New York Women's Bar Association and serves on the Leadership 35 Committee of the National Women's Law Center.

Tracey and her husband Greg live in Westchester with their three young children, Piper, Bailey and Sam. Tracey is an avid hiker and enjoys running, adventure racing and playing rugby once a year with her former teammates from the New York Rugby Club.
