Work History: Terri has almost 40 years experience in all aspects of intellectual property law. She has first-chaired bench and jury trials and has argued appeals in both the Federal and Second Circuits. Her practice focuses largely on pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices, although she also has experience in a number of other technologies.
Professional Memberships: She served as President of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association in 2011-12 and has served on its Board for ten years. She is on the Georgetown University Law Center Board of Visitors and served a six-year term on the Georgetown University Board of Regents. She is Secretary of the Legal Advisory Council for Sanctuary for Families, a group dedicated to addressing issues related to domestic and gender violence.
