Steven F. Reich is a partner in the New York office of Manatt Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where he co-chairs the firm's Corporate Investigations & White Collar Defense Practice Group. He is a highly-skilled and experienced trial lawyer who is comfortable on the national stage and is someone to whom companies and individuals turn for representation in their most important matters. In 2004, Mr. Reich led a team of Manatt lawyers when he served as Special Counsel to a Select Committee of the Connecticut General Assembly considering whether to recommend the impeachment of then-Governor John Rowland. He won national acclaim for his handling of the inquiry, with the New York Times calling his performance "authoritative" in a front-page article. Before joining Manatt, Mr. Reich served as Senior Associate Counsel to President Bill Clinton.
