Stephane Levy is a partner in the Cooley Business department and a member of the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice groups. He joined the Firm in 2009 and is resident in the New York office.
Mr. Levy concentrates his practice on emerging growth technology companies. In addition to regularly advising clients on general corporate matters, Mr. Levy has been involved in a variety of transactions representing technology and life science companies, venture capital firms and leading investment banks in numerous private and public offerings of securities and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Cooley, Mr. Levy was a corporate associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. Prior to that, he served for one year as a Stimson Pro Bono Fellow practicing International Environmental law in Bonn, Germany.
