Siobhan A. Franklin is a Deputy Attorney General with the State of California Department of Justice. She is a member of the Civil Prosecutions Unit of the Bureau of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse. Ms. Franklin joined the office in 2000. She is active with the National Association of Medicaid Fraud Units (NAMFCU) and has served on several NAMFCU global case teams. Prior to joining the Department of Justice, Ms. Franklin was a litigation associate at Daley & Heft in Solana Beach, CA. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and of California Western School of Law.
