Seth Gastwirth is a litigation partner in Kirkland's Chicago office. He serves as trial counsel in commercial, class action, energy, intellectual property, product liability, consumer fraud, securities, corporate governance, bankruptcy and contract litigation in state and federal courts, arbitrations and administrative proceedings.
