Scott Cooper is a senior litigation partner in the Los Angeles office of Proskauer Rose LLP. In addition to heading Proskauer’s privacy and data security practice on the West Coast, Scott is an experienced litigator, handling disputes of all kinds affecting the entertainment and media industry. For such clients, Scott has being involved in precedent-setting copyright cases. He also handles commercial disputes, antitrust, and securities law matters for the entertainment industry. Scott also is known for his representation in significant art law cases, including a matter on behalf of the Republic of Austria before the United States Supreme Court.
