Sarah A. Egdal is the Associate General Counsel for Spark Networks, where she has responsibility for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including those related to advertising and affiliate relationships, reviewing and filing Securities and Exchange Commission filings, and general compliance and risk management. Prior to joining Spark Networks, Ms. Egdal was an associate in the corporate department of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
