Sanjay Wadhwa is an Associate Director and co-head of Enforcement for the SEC's New York Regional Office, and the Deputy Chief of the Market Abuse Unit in the Division of Enforcement. He joined the SEC in July 2003. Prior to joining the SEC, Sanjay was in private practice in New York for 7 years, first at the law firm of Cahill Gordon & Reindel, and then at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
