Romi Bose is Associate Chief Counsel, Intellectual Property for Danaher Corporation's Industrial Technologies group. He is involved in managing all aspects of IP for companies within the group. Prior to that, he was Associate Chief Counsel, Intellectual Property in the Danaher corporate legal department, where he was involved in IP due diligence for corporate mergers and acquisitions, including several industrial companies. He also had visibility to Danaher enterprise-wide IP best practices, helping implement many of them at several Danaher operating companies.
Before joining Danaher, Romi was in-house IP counsel for Molex Inc. Prior to that, he was a partner at the law firm of Fitch Even in Chicago and Licensing Counsel at Motorola. His earlier career experience included engineering positions at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and Cummins Engine Co.
Romi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and a law degree from the Chicago Kent College of Law.
