Robin Kandell Paulino is Assistant General Counsel for Microsoft Corporation's U.S. immigration program. In her role, Ms. Paulino oversees a team of 18 immigration professionals providing strategic legal advice to senior leadership, as well as support to foreign national employees (and their dependents) from over 130 countries. Ms. Paulino started her legal career practicing in the area of deportation defense. In 1998, she joined Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy's Northern California practice. While at Fragomen, Ms. Paulino represented mid to large size Fortune 500 companies and served as the Managing Attorney over the I-9 Service Center until she joined Microsoft in 2007. Ms. Paulino is a member of Microsoft's Pro Bono Steering Committee and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Immigration Subcommittee. She received her undergraduate degree from University of Arizona, her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, and is a member of the State Bar of California.
