Ms. Workman’s practice focuses almost exclusively on representing employees in wage-and-hour class actions.  These actions include claims for unpaid overtime, off-the-clock work, failure to provide meal and rest periods, and failure to reimburse employment-related expenses, including mileage and uniform expenses.  The firm has prosecuted class actions throughout California and the United States on behalf of tens of thousands of employees.  Ms. Workman also represents individual employees in actions against employers for claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.  Ms. Workman is a graduate of the Texas Tech University School of Law, graduating Order of the Coif, after which she clerked at the Texas Supreme Court before beginning her work in private practice.
