Robin Fleischner's boutique law practice is dedicated exclusively to forming families through adoption, surrogacy, and assisted reproduction. She became an adoption attorney in 1986 as an outgrowth of adopting her two sons and is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. She takes pride in providing caring, personalized, and solution-oriented legal services. Robin has handled over 1,000 adoptions and is nationally known for her expertise in adoption matters. To take advantage of extraordinary recent medical advances, Robin is now using her adoption expertise in surrogacy and assisted reproduction. Robin is a fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys and a member of the Board of Governors and the Legal Advisory Committee of the Adoptive Parents Committee and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.
