Robin F. Krause

Robin Krause is a partner and Chair of the Tax-Exempt Organizations Group at the New York law firm of Patterson, Belknap, Webb & Tyler LLP. Her practice includes representation of private foundations, public charities, international health organizations and other tax-exempt entities in a variety of organizational, tax and governance matters. Robin has served on the Committee on Non-Profit Organizations of the Bar Association of the City of New York and is a member of the American Bar Association's Committee on Tax-Exempt  organizations where she was Co-Chair of the Private Foundations Sub-Committee. She served on the Board of Directors of Pro Mujer, a Latin American microcredit financing organization for women, and is the Secretary of the Mrs. Giles Whiting Foundation. She is the co-author of "Dc-Mystifying Program Related Investments," NYU Conference on Tax Planning for Exempt Organizations, and served on the advisory committee for Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors' Guide to Mission Related Investing. She lectures frequently on issues related to non-profit organizations.
