Robert A. Kindler is Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and Vice Chairman of Morgan Stanley. Rob received a B.A. from Colgate University in 1976 and a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1980. Rob joined Morgan Stanley after having been global head of mergers and acquisitions at JPMorgan for six years. Prior to that Rob was a senior partner at the law firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions for over 20 years. Rob is on the Board of Trustees of Colgate University, the Board of Trustees of New York University School of Law, the Board of Directors of March of Dimes (NY Div), and the Board of Directors of the Levin Institute.
