Robert Evans is a partner in the Capital Markets-Americas practice group of Shearman & Sterling. He has extensive experience in public offerings and private securities offerings. He advises corporate clients and investment banks on various corporate and securities law matters. He joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner in 1996.
