Richard T. Williams is a Partner in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group in the Los Angeles office of Holland & Knight and a member of the firm’s Antitrust, Class Action, and Product Liability Teams. In several dozen federal and state trials, both jury and nonjury and in arbitrations, both domestic and international, Mr. Williams represented a wide variety of domestic and overseas corporations as well as foreign governments. Mr. Williams is a graduate of Stanford University (A.B. 1967, M.B.A. 1972, J.D. 1972) and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and Who’s Who in America.
