Renee Phillips, an associate in Orrick’s New York office, is a member of the Employment Law Group. Her practice includes a full range of employment litigation and counseling, with particular emphasis on discrimination, sexual harassment, and Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblower issues.
Renee is a 2002 Harvard Law School graduate. She received a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University in 1998, where she ranked first in her class. Before joining Orrick, Renee clerked for the Honorable Robert L. Carter in the Southern District of New York.
