Renee DuBord Brown currently serves as Senior Vice President, Litigation at Tessera, a leader in miniaturization technologies for next-generation electronic devices located in San Jose, California.
Renee was previously a partner in private practice at Day Casebeer Madrid & Batchelder LLP and Howrey, LLP.
Renee's practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property trial work and litigation, with an emphasis on patent cases. Her experience also includes IP-related antitrust litigation, trademarks/copyrights, false advertising and trade secrets. She also has strong expertise in patent reexamination, and previously worked as a patent prosecutor.
Renee is a former clerk for the Honorable Raymond C. Clevenger, III on the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. She has a J.D. from Stanford Law School, and a B.S./M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from M.I.T. She is admitted to the California bar, and is registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
