Rebecca L. Ambrose is an Associate in Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman's New York City office. Her practice focuses exclusively on legal ethics and professional responsibility matters.  Rebecca advises clients on a variety of ethics issues including conflicts of interest, disqualification, sanctions, attorney advertising, bar admission requirements and malpractice defense. She frequently lectures on topics related to legal ethics. Rebecca is the Secretary of the New York City Bar Association's Professional Responsibility Committee and the Vice-Chair of the ABA Young Lawyers Division Ethics and Professionalism Committee. Rebecca is a 2007 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law.
