Randall Difuntorum obtained his Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Berkeley with a major in Legal Studies and his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law. As the State Bar of California’s executive manager for professional competence programs and activities, Randall oversees: the State Bar Ethics Hotline; the Committee on Professional Responsibility & Conduct; the Commission for the Revision of the Rules of Professional Conduct; the Annual Statewide Ethics Symposium; the Ethics Information area of the State Bar website; the California Compendium on Professional Responsibility; and the Handbook on Client Trust Accounting for California Attorneys.
