Rachel Kleinberg is a partner in Davis Polk's Tax Department and works in our Menlo Park office. Her practice focuses on advice to corporate and private equity fund clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spinoffs and reorganizations, as well as cross-border restructurings. She also has significant experience in the areas of corporate finance and derivatives.
