Cabell Morris is a corporate partner in Winston & Strawn's Chicago office who concentrates his practice in securities and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Morris works extensively with companies such as Motorola Solutions, Inc., Amsted Industries, GATX Corporation, Exelon Corporation, and Anchen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., among others. In addition, Mr. Morris regularly represents underwriters in public securities offerings, including Citigroup Global Markets, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and JPMorgan.
In recent years, he has represented issuers and underwriters in public and Rule 144A debt offerings aggregating approximately $30 billion. He also has been involved in more than 20 initial public offerings for companies in various industries, including biotechnology, gaming, high-technology, and manufacturing.
Mr. Morris also is a certified public accountant and spent several years in the auditing group of Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Morris is a member of the Sarbanes-Oxley Committee and the Corporate Opinion Committee.
Education
Mr. Morris received a B.A. from Michigan State University in 1982 and a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 1987.
