Pearl Zuchlewski primarily represents individual employees. She is a former Chair of the New York State Bar Association's ("NYSBA") Labor and Employment Law Section and a former Chair of FINRA's National Arbitration and Mediation Committee. She currently serves as a Delegate to the NYSBA's House of Delegates. Ms. Zuchlewski is a Fellow in the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers and chairs the College's Second Circuit Credentials Committee. She also is a member of the advisory boards of New York University Law School's Center for Labor and Employment, Hofstra Law School and CPR's Employment Disputes Committee. In addition, Ms. Zuchlewski has taught Labor and Employment Arbitration as an adjunct professor at St. John's School of Law.
