Paula A. Tuffin is a partner in the litigation and alternative dispute resolution group in the New York office of Mayer Brown, LLP. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and government investigations. A former Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York, Paula is an experienced litigator who has represented corporate and individual clients from the financial services, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries in federal criminal and regulatory investigations, securities related litigation and international and domestic arbitrations. She has also conducted internal investigations on behalf of corporations, healthcare service providers and academic institutions.
