Paul Saint-Antoine, a graduate of the Columbia Law School, is a partner in the law firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and co-head of its Antitrust Practice Group.
Paul has represented clients throughout the country, in antitrust litigation involving charges of price fixing, price discrimination, group boycotts, unlawful mergers and other sorts of anticompetitive conduct. In addition to his litigation work, Paul has counseled clients on a variety of antitrust issues, particularly those in the high tech sector and involving intellectual property licensing.
Paul has written and spoken extensively on the topic of the application of the antitrust laws to intellectual property transactions. He served as editor-in-chief of Federal Antitrust Guidelines for the Licensing of Intellectual Property, Origins and Applications (Second Edition), an antitrust handbook published by the American Bar Association. Since 2003, he has been identified by Chambers & Partners USA as one of the leading antitrust attorneys in Pennsylvania.
Paul is currently a Vice Chair of the Health Care and Pharmaceuticals Committee of the ABA’s Antitrust Section and is a former Co-Chair of the Section’s Intellectual Property Committee.
