Patrick Whalen is a Partner of the Midwestern law firm of Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP. Patrick is Chair of the Intellectual Property Committee of the American Bar Association's Business Law Section. Patrick is listed on the 2009 International Who’s Who of Internet and e-Commerce Lawyers. Patrick is a contributor on numerous books, including Global Business and Law; and Advising Small Business. as well as a frequent speaker on intellectual property, information security, and litigation. Patrick received his law and master's degrees from the University of Texas.
