Patrick Brown is senior international tax counsel at General Electric in Stamford, CT. Prior to joining GE in 2002, Pat worked in the office of tax policy of the US Treasury Department, where he served as attorney-advisor and associate international tax counsel. Prior to joining the Treasury Department, Pat was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York from 1995 to 1998. Pat received a B.S. in mechanical engineering, with highest distinction, from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from Georgetown University, magna cum laude.
