Partha Chattoraj has extensive experience litigating intellectual property and general business cases in state and federal courts and before arbitration tribunals, at trial and the appellate level.  After clerking on the Second Circuit, Mr. Chattoraj was associated with Wachtell Lipton and of counsel to Quinn Emanuel, before he co-founded a litigation boutique firm, Markowitz & Chattoraj LLP. He joined Allegaert Berger & Vogel, LLP as a partner in 2012. A graduate of Harvard College and Yale Law School, Mr. Chattoraj has served as a CLE panelist for the New York State and New York City Bar Associations on various ethical issues, as well as for the Practising Law Institute on deposition techniques and ethics. Mr. Chattoraj also currently serves on the Council for Judicial Administration of the New York City Bar Association.
