Nir Yarden is a partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP focused on investment management work including energy and natural resources. He serves as outside counsel to institutional investors, investment managers and banks on matters that range across all portfolio asset classes. Recent work includes the formation of a global natural resource private equity fund, the formation of a European credit opportunity hedge fund and structuring work related to a Wall Street bank's fund lending business.
Nir is the founder and Chair of the American Bar Association's Institutional Investors Committee and was previously a Senior Vice President in the financial institutions investment banking group at Lehman Brothers. He holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from Duke University.
