Navid Soleymani is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of Proskauer Rose LLP’s Los Angeles office. Navid’s experience includes defense of a wide variety of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, business tort, fraud, employment, and antitrust claims. Following law school, Navid was a law clerk to Judge David Thompson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He received his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 2001, where he graduated with Order of the Coif honors. He received his B.A. in Business-Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles, Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude, in 1996. While at USC, he was a member of the Southern California Law Review, where he authored two articles that were published. Navid is admitted to the California Bar and the U.S. District Court, California, Central and Southern Districts.
