Nadine A. Holovach has over ten years of experience with PwC specializing in partnership taxation as part of the Mergers and Acquisitions group in the National Tax Services office of PricewaterhouseCoopers. She advises clients on the treatment of partnership transactions including the formation and termination of partnerships, acquisitions of partnership interests, and the redemption of partner’s interests.
Ms. Holovach has significant experience with tax issues related to distributions, allocations of partnership income, basis adjustments to partnership assets, and transactions between partners and the partnership. Her experience also includes partnership formation and operational issues, section 704(c) methods and section 751 analysis.
Ms. Holovach is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Masters in Tax from American University, and has a BSBA specializing in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University. She is a frequent instructor at PwC’s national training sessions for partners and staff on issues related to partnership taxation and has presented on panels at PLI.
