Michael D. Rechtin, Jr. is a Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate Group. His practice focuses on commercial real estate, specializing in office, industrial and retail leasing, data center real estate transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, equity investments and development. Mr. Rechtin represents on local and national basis pension funds and pension fund advisors, real estate investment trusts, investment advisory groups, local and national commercial developers and real estate entrepreneurs.
