Michael Howe joined Ensco plc in February 2009 and was appointed Vice President - Finance in May 2011. Prior to his current position, Mr. Howe served as Ensco's Treasurer. Previously he served as Assistant Treasurer at Devon Energy Corp. He also held positions in various capacities at Enron Corp., BG Group PLC and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Howe holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, a Master of Business Administration from University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.
