Matthew is Corporate Counsel for Caterpillar Inc. with responsibility for managing its worldwide Brand Protection Team. Matt is 2000 graduate of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Matt has served as chair of IPO's Anti-Counterfeiting & Piracy Committee and as a member of the International Strategic Planning Committee. Matt is also a member of INTA and QBPC.
