Work History:
Mondelez International is the company split from Kraft Foods in October, 2012; we own the iconic brands OREO, TRIDENT, CADBURY, RITZ, TANG and many others. I joined the company as Chief Counsel-Trademarks supporting North America and the snacks brands globally. Prior to joining Mondelez International I had my own practice, The Law Offices of Mary A. Carragher for thirteen years. In that practice, I represented clients such as Kraft Foods, Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, McDonald's Corporation, MillerCoors and The Tribune Company with regard to trademark, copyright, advertising and marketing related issues. Before that I was Vice President and General Counsel of Foote, Cone & Belding Communications, Inc., a global, publically traded advertising agency. I started my career at Sidley & Austin in the Intellectual Property and Marketing Group.
