He has more than 41 years of litigation experience and has been appointed lead, co-lead or liaison counsel in national class actions which span numerous industries including intellectual property, securities, commodities, pharmaceuticals, and which involve areas of jurisprudence such as antitrust, shareholder litigation, consumer fraud and investor protection. Mr. Miller is a 1970 graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology-Chicago-Kent College of Law where he was a member of the Editorial Board of the Chicago-Kent Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Hofstra University in 1967. He is a member of the bars of Illinois and New York and numerous federal district and appellate courts.
