Martin M. Fleisher practices in the areas of corporate, finance and real estate transactions. Mr. Fleisher represents corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies in acquisitions, sales, equipment leasing, supply chain issues, and lenders and borrowers real estate and corporate finance transactions. Mr. Fleisher is a Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers and has been the Vice Chairman of the State Bar Uniform Commercial Code Committee of the Business Law Section and Chairman of the Uniform Commercial Code Revised Article 9 Opinion Subcommittee. He is a frequent lecturer and author for Practising Law Institute and Continuing Education of the Bar California, and has published numerous articles on banking, finance, commercial and real estate finance matters, and workouts. He has also been an adjunct professor at the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, Golden Gate University Law School and at Northwestern University.
Mr. Fleisher was awarded his B.A., with high distinction, from Northwestern University, and his J.D. (1972), cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School. He is licensed in both California and Illinois.
