Martha Mullen is a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Litigation Division for the District of Columbia. She has been with the Attorney General's Office for 15 years during which time she has litigated major class actions, consent decree cases, Section 1983 claims, First Amendment claims, and general tort actions including Title VII wrongful death, survival actions, and medical malpractice claims filed against the city. This is her 9th year co-chairing the Municipal Law Institute.
