Mark Radke is a partner in the litigation group. His practice focuses on defending corporations and individuals in SEC Enforcement proceedings and counsels on compliance and corporate governance issues, including numerous SEC rules and regulations.
Client Work
Mark counsels public companies on complex securities law and other regulatory issues. He also represents both corporations and individuals in SEC and other governmental investigations involving securities law.
Previous Work
Prior to joining Arent Fox, Mark was a partner in the litigation department of a national law firm located in Washington, DC. Previously, he was also an attorney in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission¡¦s Division of Enforcement.
Professional Activities
Mark is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center.
